What is a living trust?

A Revocable Living Trust is a legal document which helps you avoid probate and federal estate taxes.

With a living trust, you can control who gets your home, and your other assets.

Who needs a living trust?

Anyone who owns a home in California.

If you create a living trust, your home would avoid the probate process, and save up to $30,000 or more in probate fees.

Without a trust, your home would have to go through a court probate process which could take as long as two years or more.

A simple living trust would cost between $1500 to $2,000, and could easily save your family $30,000 or more.
